Welcome to PockeTube (pocketube.top). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

1. Use of Service

PockeTube is a personal bookmarking tool that lets you save, organise, and revisit YouTube video links. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. User Accounts

PockeTube uses Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in you authorise us to receive basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) from Google solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@pocketube.top if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

3. Content

PockeTube does not host, store, transcode, or redistribute any video content. All videos are referenced by their YouTube URL and played back through YouTube's official embed player in accordance with YouTube's embedding policies.

• You are solely responsible for the YouTube links you save to your account.
• You must not save links to content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, applicable copyright law, or any other applicable regulations.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe violates these terms, without prior notice.

All YouTube content, trade marks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. PockeTube claims no ownership over any third-party content accessible through the service.

4. Google API Services Compliance

PockeTube integrates with Google services (Google OAuth and Google Analytics) and is committed to operating in full compliance with Google's policies.

• PockeTube complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data obtained via OAuth is used only for authentication — it is never sold, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
• PockeTube complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service. Our use of Google APIs does not exceed the scope required to provide the core functionality of the service.
• By using PockeTube you also agree to abide by Google's applicable policies, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

• Application data: The YouTube video links and collection titles you save are stored securely and are only accessible to your account.

• We are not responsible for the content of external websites or YouTube videos linked through the service.
